All items are handmade and may have slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, or color. These variations are part of the charm of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

  • Pendleton® fabrics used are authentic and sourced responsibly.

  • We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.

  • Prices are listed in USD. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

4. Shipping

  • Ready-to-ship items: processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order - custom items: typically 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

  • Tracking is provided with all U.S. orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery, in unused condition.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If there is an issue with craftsmanship or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time and payment upfront. We will communicate timelines and pricing before starting work.
