Every item from Canyon Creek Goods is handmade in my studio in Snowflake, Arizona. I do my best to get your order to you quickly while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship my brand is known for.
Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Made-to-order/custom items: Typically take 1–2 weeks to create, depending on fabric availability and order volume.

Processing times are separate from shipping times. If you need something by a specific date, please contact me before ordering.
U.S. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking is included.

Expedited Shipping: Priority Mail (2–3 business days) and Express Mail (1–2 business days) are available at checkout.

Expedited shipping speeds up the transit time only.

If you need both faster processing and faster shipping, please email me before placing your order to confirm availability. Rush fees may apply for made-to-order items.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped and tracking is provided, Canyon Creek Goods is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. I’ll do my best to help resolve issues, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for matters outside my control.

If you’re near Snowflake, Arizona, local pickup may be available. Contact me directly before purchasing to arrange details.
